Outer edge of ham was burnt.
Order two turkey sandwich’s to go through their website. Got back to work and realized after taking a bite that one sandwich was ham instead of turkey. Called Honey Baked Ham and was placed on hold for a while. Someone ended the call on their end so I had to call back a second time. I spoke to an associate and was told I would receive a refund but never did.
I purchased the vanilla rum cake. It was terrible! Couldn't eat a whole slice it was that terrible. Do NOT waste your money or time with this cake.
Extremely slow at taking customer orders as well as actually producing the order. All i got was the honeybaked sandwich and have been waiting over 15min. Meanwhile, all the workers are in the back hiding…
