Make sure a female with a smile on their face is serving you because it seems that they are the only ones who can put anything together that's worth eating. Anyone else almost seems offended that you want to order a sandwich from their store that serves sandwiches and puts it together like slop compared to the better employees. It's sad
This is my first time at this establishment and all I can say is they need to find a better system. I pre-ordered/prepaid for a honey ham and a broccoli bacon bliss side. After waiting for 25 minutes in the prepaid line I was met with the disappointment of them running out of the side I ordered. Before writing this review I researched the history of reviews in this place and found multiple instances of the exact same thing happening. I purchased $500 in gift cards. The manager did not say thank you AND he was rude. There was no customer service from the management. However, shoutout to Abby, the young lady there was very sweet. I have used this location for years for my school staff meetings and lunches. Chris was amazing at customer service! But with Chris gone, it no longer has the same level of professionalism and customer service. I will drive a few more miles to give my business.
The service and atmosphere was great.
