I have frequently placed lunch orders at HoneyBaked Ham by phone for pickup during my lunch break over the past several years. Today, when I called as I normally would, I spoke with a woman named Leah who informed me that I could not place an order over the phone and would instead need to come into the store and wait for the order to be made.
