The service was absolutely amazing! Everytime I walk in the manager Kurt is always greeting everyone with a smiling face! The employees are always fast and friendly as well! This team is amazing!
We placed an online order christmas eve on their website pick up time 4pm-5pm i showed up at 435 workers walked away from the door instead of speaking with me, we tried calling them for a refund, no answer for a literal 3 days. So we show up today to get refunded the money, they wanted to give us a $150 gift card , we politely declined and said we want our money back as this left a sour taste in our mouths, why would you schedule pickups between 4 and 5 if youre going to close before that. This location doesn’t deserve any stars. I ordered my Christmas dinner three days prior to Christmas Eve. I wanted it delivered at 3 PM and I checked the app at 2:45 to see if it was still on time. It said the food was ready to be picked up and I should get my food in 20 minutes. Then at 3 o’clock I look at my phone and it said order canceled.
