A friend and I came in 2 weeks ago and were greeted by very friendly staff. It was my first time trying their food so I told them I needed just a minute to decide. The man behind the counter said “I will do you one better how about I let you try our popular items before you decide” my friend and I were taken back because typically that type of customer service is rare these days. Hey Honey Baked Ham, yall have an absolute gem of an employee and I want to highlight him. My daughter and I came in for the first time ever yesterday to simply get some rolls in a pinch... We then had an experience! Montana laid us out samples, referenced the menu like he wrote it himself, and treated us like we had known each other for years. I love this place. Montanna and Collin were very pleasant from start to finish. They're experts at customer service. I'll most definitely bring my family with me next time. Honey Baked Ham has evolved. They have so many delicious things in their stores. If you want something fast, easy and delicious then this is the place to go to. I just went into this Honey Baked Ham and was met with the most hospitality and generosity I have seen in a long time! Montana and his team, Courtney and Savannah, were so kind to not only give me a rundown of the menu but also give me a small sampler to see what I might like best.
