Exceptional customer service and professionals to their core. The Honest in their companies name is without doubt reflected in their work and prices. Hands down the best automotive/car repair shop in the Ottawa area. Matt Teske was amazing to deal with and even helped me fix one of my battery terminals pro bono before I left with my car. Would highly recommend coming here for all of your car repair needs!
I had to take a moment and to thank all of the people at The Honest Wrench for how they treated me. They could have charged me an arm and a leg to fix an exhaust problem but Scott decided to go a different route. He also explained to me why he decided to do what he did and it cost less. I had a great experience with Honest Wrench. They are very clear when explaining what’s going on with the car. They gives honest advice that’s best for you and your vehicle. They don’t overcharge or make things sound worse than they are. At the same time, they don’t miss anything important either. You can really trust them. Highly recommend this shop if you want fair prices and good service.
Very knowledgeable and helpful & as a female going to the dealership on her own.. they really make you feel like you’re only getting what’s needed done on your vehicle. Staff are super respectful and take care in explaining what or what not is happening with your vehicle! I store my tires here as well and it’s always been a great experience.
