Roy was absolutely instrumental in fixing all my family’s plumbing issues. He was personable and walked us through each step of his work, educating us about each step of the process. We are very grateful for his fair pricing and quality work that we were 100 percent happy with! He even made friends with our puppy in the process, and she was thrilled to have a friendly face helping us out. Our family will always keep Roy in mind when needs arise and recommend him to any and all our friends and family!
Trying to get a statement for work done - specifying what was done each visit , receipts for parts and labor costs. It was promised, but never sent. Tried numerous times to call, text and message Roy, but no response. Plus, twice he had to go to Lowe’s to pick up something he needed. It takes 9 min. to get to Lowe’s from my house and 9 min. back. First time he was gone 1 1/2 hrs, second time he was gone just shy of 3 hrs. The other problem was the job was started 2/22/24 and was never completed until 10/28/24. I got him off ... read more
Roy was quick to respond, punctual, friendly, and his work was excellent. Additionally, he explained my problem, its solution and he steps I could take to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend.
Roy was knowledgeable, professional, and did an outstanding job. Only did a small fix this time but will definitely keep in mind for future. Highly recommend!!
