I asked to to speak to someone above her and was told to see if they had time. I am done with this bank I will be switching once my funds are available to me, not knowing when because I keep getting run around. I highly recommend this bank they treat the little customers the same as the BIG 💰 customers. Customer Service is impeccable. Definitely has the hometown feel of banking.
I used to swear by this place and recommend them to everybody the past year or so they have gone downhill their tellers are very rude and they're never trying to really help anybody

Thank you to the north branch for making a messy,emotional situation easier to accept. I never would have thought I would be involved in fraud. But someone in Texas got into my Att account and made charges. THSB immediately took action and my daughter’s wedding saving account was taken care of.
I started banking at the one in west t... friendliest people, their all so sweet and helpful.. i would recommend them to everyone. and i like the fact that they dont charge a monthly fee... Terre Haute Savings Bank is your best bet <3
