Picked up my Topamax on 4/17 which included a 25mg titration for 1 month then 1 month of 100mg. Unfortunately my 100mg bottle was misplaced during this period of time. Tried to refill it on 05/15. Michelle the pharmacist called and told me “I will not refill this until I hear from your Dr first.” I explained to her I understood I picked up both but misplaced the bottle.
