Always excellent and helpful
The staff is friendly and professional. You get in and out quickly and they have very convenient hours. Great prices on all of the things a drugstore carries these days. Reminds me of the a neighborhood drugstore when I was young. Try Brine’s and you may never go to another pharmacy again! I can’t say enough good things about them.
I have gone to the retail pharmacies and they are very cold, you don’t get personal service etc. At Brines, Paul is absolutely wonderful along with the whole staff! I don’t know the other pharmacist, when they have been there a few times they were nice. Paul knows everyone who comes in, will come down and personally answer any questions privately and is concerned about your health and needs!!! I have been dealing with this pharmacy going on sixteen years! And, their prompt, wonderful customer service is second to none. The employees there have always exceeded my expectations than dealing with the national chain pharmacy giants,..."five star & more", customer service! Believe it. "Mr J"
The one female pharmacist there was beyond rude every time I went there to fill a prescription. I had my fill though when she downright argued with me about something my doctor prescribed, she pretty much told me my doctor and I were both stupid. She must be related to the owner/manager because when I called to complain he laughed and said she didn't mean it like that? I'll never return and I never suggest others go there unless they want absolutely horrible service.
I witnessed the female mgr/pharmacist behave very rudely towards a customer and tell them they were on their nerves with their questions and needed to leave the store.. totally unprofessional I won't return.
