The apartments are well-kept and comfortable, and Kim made the leasing process easy with her professionalism, clear communication, and friendly support.
Kim, our leasing professional, was absolutely amazing! She walked us through everything step by step, clearly explaining the deposit options, rent payment process, and all the wonderful things about the community. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel confident and excited we were ready to take the apartment on our very first visit, without even needing to see other places. The entire process was seamless and easy thanks to her. Highly recommend!
So far we have had a great experience! The staff is all amazing and goes above and beyond!!
Horrible management. They don't care if there system for refund process is a -20 on the scale of 1-10. I have never been treated so badly. I now have a bill that charges me late fees and they won't cover that even, even when its there fault. Don't ever rent, there a bad joke
We just moved in last week and have had a wonderful experience so far. The employees Kim, Renee, and Kevin are super friendly and helpful. And we had a few maintenance requests and they got to them within a few days and Braiden was great. Also the movie night on the lawn tonight is awesome with free food and drinks and a raffle prize!
