Disappointed in the service I received when I went into the store as a first time customer. I was sitting on chairs to test the feel of them which obviously might take 5-15 minutes sitting on it to really get the feel of the chairs. I had my cell phone with me and I was trying to entertain myself because it's boring just sitting there without any entertainment. Love this store. Lots of beautiful furniture pieces to suit many styles and budget. Owner and staff are super helpful.
Purchased a headboard a couple months ago which arrived with a manufacturer defect. Two of the bars were not welded parallel so a couple of the bolts would not feed through. Spoke with the staff and Gus through phone and email but after a few emails trying to explain the issue and providing pictures they just stopped responding so now I’m just left with a headboard that won’t fully attach to the bed frame.
