We can't say enough amazing things about the Homeport Inn. Arnaud and the staff at both the inn and the tavern are absolutely amazing, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back!
What a unique place! The rooms in this newly remodeled 1860's victorian inn are quaint and cozy. They have really paid attention to every detail. Every room is unique and has that old world elegance and richness. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs with live music and great food and drinks. We met the innkeeper and he is so friendly and welcoming. This is not just a place to stay, it's an experience. Loved it!
Wow!!! Be prepared to feel totally relaxed and spoiled and calm in this beautiful space. You feel a connection to years past while enjoying modern comfort. Breakfast can be savored inside or out. It is a delightful buffet that is home cooked daily. There are so many cozy sitting spaces. The bar and tavern offer their own fun. We went for the restaurant, entertainment and food. Delicious! Dining area can get a bit loud if there's a large group while you are there. Sit in the bar area for a more intimate setting.
This place is such a gem! My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. The whole house is such a beautiful historic home and is filled with so many wonderful pieces of art. We stumbled this inn and had no idea what to expect and will 100% be back. The owner and staff were all incredibly kind. The food in the tavern was delicious and the bartender was so kind and friendly. We will be recommending this to all of our friends planning a Maine trip in the future!
