So nice to be back again after several years! Best mashed potatoes EVER! The plate option (meat & 3) is gracious plenty (southern speak for more than enough).
Wonderful atmosphere inside and out. Highland cows are a plus. Cost was a lot for 2 people, but doable fir occasional dining or special occassions.
I grew up eating here and finally got to come back since it was opened up again. I remember walking up to the front door and being hit with the smell of fried chicken. Smelling the amazing food as soon as you walked in the door. Sadly that wasn’t the experience this time even when it was sitting under my nose. Unfortunately this was a very disappointing meal.
