I’m very disappointed with my experience at this company. Today (Monday April 7th) I called ahead, explained my situation clearly, and even sent a photo with the measurements of the shower base I needed. I was told to come in person, so I drove all the way from North Vancouver to their Surrey location—nearly a two-hour round trip—just to pay and place the order. DO NOT DEAL WITH I ordered 40 lengths of 16’ Baseboard trim with delivery. They cut the trim in half to deliver it , finishing trim cut in half to 8’ lengths ! They would do nothing to rectify the situation I understand sales are final but you need to give me what I paid for Sign states 16’ length , Terrible customer service
