I’m very disappointed with my experience at this company. Today (Monday April 7th) I called ahead, explained my situation clearly, and even sent a photo with the measurements of the shower base I needed. I was told to come in person, so I drove all the way from North Vancouver to their Surrey location—nearly a two-hour round trip—just to pay and place the order. DO NOT DEAL WITH I ordered 40 lengths of 16’ Baseboard trim with delivery. They cut the trim in half to deliver it , finishing trim cut in half to 8’ lengths ! They would do nothing to rectify the situation I understand sales are final but you need to give me what I paid for Sign states 16’ length , Terrible customer service

I had an excellent shopping experience at this store. The prices were great, the staff was welcoming, and everything was nicely organized!
I had purchase 2 showerbase, 1 bathtub and toilet for my house, I am verry surprise about it product quality, I get best quality of product at affordable price. Thank you The Home Terminal to support me, when I was in tightly budget. In future if I have my home renovation project, I will consider The Home Terminal first.
