Contacted this place on a Thursday to explain what I needed fixed. Girl told me to contact the work man directly on the Monday and he will fix the problem . Took the Monday off work, Rang him early Monday morning. He told me he would be round within the hour. No sign of him. Sent a text and still no response. Not even a phone call to say he couldn't make it. Will never use this company again. Completely unprofessional.
