I requested a very early inspection and Gary scheduled it. We had trouble getting into the home due to the seller's agent however, my inspector was patient, caring and understanding. That helps to ease my clients. As for the inspection, he was great. Explained everything to myself and my clients. Very thorough with the inspection. I received the inspection report very quickly as did my client. Very happy with this company.
Eric was very professional from start to finish. He kept us informed on every aspect of the inspection. He also gave a few pointers on things we could do in the long run to maintain the good condition of our home. We were very impressed. We will definitely send referrals your way!
