Was referred to The Home Improvement Company by Nationwide Insurance after last year's tornado came thru Jeff Co. Our whole neighborhood got hit. So there where many different contractors trying to sign everyone. Insurance claims are not my favorite thing to deal with, as with many people they aren't my expertise. And they can be confusing. We had The Home Improvement Company in Hillsboro redo our roof, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and completed the work on time. The quality of their craftsmanship really shows, and our new roof looks fantastic. This company gave the insurance a low estimate, then when I finally got them back out here after months, refused to do the work. If I could give negative stars I would!
