very bad service. i called/text nurse Michelle many times, no responses. when i called the office to cancel the service, they were extremely rude, hung up the phone on me. i don't know why, but it wasn't a good way to practice in patient care system.
I used the home health team for several weeks. They were very friendly and professional at the same time. I enjoyed working with all of them. I had Minette and Khoa for physical therapy. They worked with me on strength and balance. They encouraged me to work harder and accomplish more than what I thought I could. I would highly recommend them for physical therapy.
They’re always professional and friendly, very Caring and understanding
I’ve had 2 great nurses and one so so nurse. Biggest issue for me is scheduling. I am unable to get up and be moving around in the mornings and they always want to come early. I asked for someone who can come late morning or during the afternoon. We shall see how that goes.
The staff that I met were very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed during my recovery!!!
