I ordered furniture June 16, 2012. I spent a few thousand buying furniture here for my first home. It is now August 8, 2012 and I have yet to have my order completed. The salesperson is extremely rude, the general manager is a jerk, and the owner does not take responsibility for the actions of his store. WARNING this retailer made up additional restrictions on LivingSocial groupons not included in the original fine print. I went in to buy a new Old West brand mattress (a brand explicitly covered by the LivingSocial deal). the full/regular price for a mattress-only was clearly marked on the product (full price merch is also explicitly covered by the LivingSocial deal). I purchased a mattress for a replacement waterbed. I was told the suggested size would meet my expectations, a gap less than 2" around. When I got it home it was much smaller than we agreed upon in the store. When we called the store the salesman Ron was rude and old me they had no exchange policy. He said he showed me a chart, which he did NOT, then he said he gave me dimensions, which he did NOT. I trusted his recommendations to make this purchase. I bought over $2,000 worth of furniture on 5/12/12 It's 8/20/12 and this entire time Iv'e only been getting the run around. Every time i called it was only to hear that i had to wait another week... or another 2 weeks for my furniture. Then I spoke to someone today, because my furniture was finally supposed to be delivered to the store, and i was told that a sofa and loveseat set was not delivered.
