I don't understand the positive reviews here however they are why we chose Josh in the first place. We engaged him to build an extension on our house last year. Much of our experience with him was incredibly frustrating and disappointing however he did accommodate our requests and had helpful suggestions during the build. Grateful the end result was good.

We gave him the benefit of the doubt when there were delays, but over time we learnt he just told us what we wanted to hear. Josh and the team recently completed a two storey extension off the back of our existing home. From the initial quote meeting, the plan consultation through to the end build, we couldn't have been happier. Not only did Josh listen to and understand what we had envisioned for our extension, he also added insightful improvement ideas which were implemented into the final project. My wife has called a handful of times and was met with pleasant customer service but no follow through which is disappointing. I get builders are busy but they need to be abit more realistic with time frames instead of us continuing follow ups with same results.
Would highly recommend Josh and team!! The work they completed on our renovation was timely, accurate and of a great finish quality. Easy to communicate with and accessible, can’t rate highly enough.
