They recently performed an inspection on our house for a water leak. Their recommendation was to tear down the stucco on the side of the house, the bricks, the flashing, etc and start over. After I got a 2nd opinion, it turned out the attic vent and windows at the top of the roof were simply never sealed properly and rainwater was getting in. If I could give zero stars, I would do so. I reached out directly to Tom Herman to arrange for inspection of my newly purchased home with a suspected water intrusion issue. We scheduled a first appointment, agreed to his price, and he shows up on completely wrong day when I wasn't home. Honest mistake, right? So we reschedule, this time many weeks out due to his "busy schedule". Tom is really knowledgeable about Stucco water leaks. He has on-hand materials to explain the inter-workings of stucco, demonstrating why his solutions work. He is also honest and will not try to upsell you. Assuming his recommendations work, Home Experts saved me a lot of $.
