Very nice people from Guard check to shipping office. Follow instructions you will be loaded in a timely manner. Got loaded in an hour. Keep up the good work guys!
Don’t arrive early, not even a few minutes. They’ll refuse to let you in until after your appointment time. You cannot wait on the property and they make you leave. Was not given any direction of what to do after dropping trailer so they wasted more of my time than necessary. That’s what’s so annoying, they’re not interested how their lack of clear instruction affects drivers.
