THOSE ARE MANUFACTOR DEFECTS FOR PLANKS. I had there inspection guy come over and i had my licensed contractor come over to inspect the floor and the inspector said my contractor did an amazing job! worst store ever. Delivered the wrong product (which I paid extra for) chatted in to get it replaced and picked up. stated I would need to pay a fee for a return. stated since everything is scanned that would eliminate the wrong item being sent LOL well this person who scanned it obviously doesn't know their job and they won't budge to help at all. I cannot currently go in person due to personal reasons but I will never come here again. absolutely awful.

I have been to many home depot locations and I really enjoy the one in surprise AZ clean friendly helpful staff can't beat the location easy to locate items in store great set up for pro business member's.

If you close at six your doors should close at six. Not advertise closed at 6 and have a man with a sign out front saying doors lock at 5:30!!
Home Depot I understand the efforts you are putting forth for the community, but I HIGHLY suggest you make a designated line for your local contractors that are still considered essential!
Showed up today at 5:34pm and was told I couldn’t enter the store because they stop allowing people in at 530pm even though the store doesn’t close until 6pm. Maybe advertise as closing at 530 instead! I drove 9 miles each way to get to this store only to be turned away. Baffled! I was in the middle of installing a gas line and needed a fitting which would have taken me 2 mins in their store and was turned away and told to go to Lowe’s! Really!? Needless to say, I went to Lowe’s and they were happy to sell me a pipe fitting.... read more
