Isabella at cashier is very sweet and friendly.
It is what it is. Big store with big store attitude. The staff could be a bit more knowledgeable and the prices could be more competitive but overall it’s acceptable. Good selection of quality tools, decent selection of mainstream fixtures and materials. Don’t go if you are building $5M house, but if you are fixing up your average family home it will do. :)
