It has the most terrible phone system ive ever encountered. Even the other Home Depot store in my area tried to reach out about an item, only to be hanged up on.
I had my elderly Mother in town from up North. She wanted a garden water fountain for her balcony. We found one but she wanted to open the box and see it. Val works in seasonal and immediately helped us out. She was great and very pleasant and my Mom was fully satisfied. Thanks Val
I will never shop here again — Lowe's, Home Hardware, anywhere but here. Whoever is in charge here needs to be trained better as it is absolutely inappropriate to call people super early in the morning and wake them up over redundant things that could've been emailed. Absolutely infuriating to be bothered like this. If you don't have a product in stock, DO NOT call people before their day has started to wake them up and tell them.
