Rave to the staff in the Halloween Department. I made an online order on August 4th and it got lost. When I called about the lost online order I was told I probably wont receive the online order at all. I was so upset. So today I went in to the Nanaimo store and the staff went above and beyond to help me find most of my lost order. I couldn't be more thankful.
