Kevin, from Merchandising, was so helpful. I was there on March 4th, looking for some of their HDX Totes. Of course the size I was looking for was nowhere in site. Kevin searched the store and went the extra mile to get them off the brand new skid that just came off the truck. The service was amazing, I could not thank him enough, as I drove in from the valley to get them.
