Very Disappointed I reserved a cargo van at 7 AM, but when I arrived, they told me I needed $2 million in insurance — something that was never mentioned in the reservation email or on the website. The staff AL, was unhelpful and told me to get new insurance from Autopac and come back which made no sense when I needed the van at 7am. I couldn’t get the van and wasted my time. Home Depot needs to clearly list their insurance requirements also not going to book a van from Home Depot anymore.
We have never had horrible customer service until today. Brought my elderly mother in to purchase a snowblower. We wanted to see the display one of the one she was interested in purchasing. The purpose of seeing the display one was to ensure she was able to push it and the size was in fact the right size for her as per the picture on the Home Depot site.
