Their phone system is terrible. Took me 15 minutes and two phone calls to get through to customer service. I said “rentals” clearly, but it wouldn’t put me through to that department. It was such a pain to cancel a rental reservation. I was hung up on, the system did not understand what I was asking for despite clear pronunciation. I ended up getting through and asking to speak to a manager who also agreed that their phone system is terrible. I don’t understand why you can reserve online, but you can’t cancel online.
