Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the rental department. First, let me address something that should NEVER be said to a customer: “Many customers don’t understand our policies.” That is exactly what Chance in the rental department told us. Best shopping experience EVER! I visited this store after finding a kitchen cart on the HD website. I must have looked lost in the kitchen department because a very nice employee took me to the front, introduced me to salesperson H28YAU3. ( I am so sorry I neglected to get their names). I knew what I was looking for. But had many questions for the guy that was helping me out. I was very grateful that I was able to find what I needed. Great place to go even if you're unsure of what to look for.
This is one of my favorite stores to go to for home repair and uptake and upkeep. They have so many things and so many sales on things and just about anything and everything you want -you have got to check it out!
