Not true I just got through talking with a customer rep, Sarah Breden. She was totally accommodating and very helpful and went out of her way to assist in a prompt manner.

"0" customer service ! Bad, bad, bad, bad. There's an older guy that works there and would put stuff away on your face right after you touch it while you're looking for what you need. There are way better places in town where I'm willing to spend my dollars. Those guys need to hire new people that knows how to treat North Dakotans; Oh Wait ! they don't hire anybody from here; They bring their own people from who knows where.
