Great space and services
Had to give up going here. Bought a screen door and got it home and it was damaged. Waited 30 minutes to speak to manager on discount but they never showed up. I live 30 minutes away. There was vacuum showing 4 in stock but nobody could find it. Shelf was stocked full of a tool on sale and the manager refused to honour the sale price. Ordered a tool cabinet online and it was damaged along the way. Site said it arrived but never said waiting for pickup. Finally inquired and it was damaged but nobody called. Hands down the absolute worst phone system ever!!!! I’ve called no shorter than 10 times to reach a manager at the St. John’s location and I can’t even reach a human of any kind. It just rings and rings I wait for sometimes 15 mins and I have never reached anyone. I live 2 hours from the store and I want to arrange a return before I haul it all the way there for nothing. What an absolute disgrace of customer service! They just don’t care.
