There are lots of products to choose from; however, service is somewhat lacking. There were multiple times I've been in and required assistance as items were in overhead stock. When asking for a departmental employee, other associates said one would be by to assist shortly, but to no avail. The store itself is fairly clean, but disorganized. The selection is what keeps me returning as you can get some products here that are hard to find at other hardwood stores.
