TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! associates are soo rude… no proper product appearance. I came to buy storage and racking and asked for help from 3 associates and none of they helped me and on top of it their tone was very rude. There is no feedback form or contact details for store manager as customer service associate at the counter told that they are not allowed to provide manager details. Rather recommend Kent as they prioritize customers Home Depot is having terrible customer service
Convenient location to our home. I personally love walking through hardware stores and this is no exception. Always something new to see here. I generally come here for any wood I need for home but have also purchased many pieces of hardware (love that one can purchase a single bolt if needed), tools (plus I've dreamed of many, if only I had the extra bucks) and many gardening plants and equipment. This is one of the many hardware stores conveniently placed for my shopping trips.
Staff great. Had a return. They did well!
