Web site advertises patio stones. Drove an hour to pick them up in Moncton and they refused to sell them because it's 'out of season'. Absolute BS.
We live over 3 hours away from Home Depot in Moncton. We ordered a stock (not custom) window. Estimated to be delivered to their store in 6 weeks, it took 8 weeks. When we arrived to pick it up, they handed it over and told us we were good to go. Unfortunately the window looked like it was dragged across the truck floor. After paying $580 plus tax, they had no problems letting us leave with a window that had scratches all down the inside of the inner window casing as well, it had broken off PVC around the edges.
