Came in today to buy a Traeger and honestly had no idea where to start. Sig (who’s 75 and still outworking everyone in that store) took his time with me, walked me through the options, and made sure I was leaving with the right grill. No pressure, just genuine help. He even had a moment with my 11-month-old that made the whole thing feel less like a shopping trip and more like running into an old neighbour. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Ask for Sig.
