Worst experience. Reason people just rather shop online and stores like this other than lumber are becoming emergency stops only. I waited over 20mins to buy a sander. I watched minimum 4 employees just go right past me not even an acknowledgement. I then press the button you put in the aisle, assuming you have that because this is a known issue. But even that didn’t warrant anyone coming to help me. I ended up leaving the store empty handed. Thankfully Amazon will carry it for me.
Normally I find the Fredericton Home Depot fantastic and their staff are usually on point. Today was the exception. Well shopping their power tools section i listened to an elderly gentleman working in the tool section talking to a young couple looking to buy a drill set. He started telling them all about how ryobi rigid and dewalt are all the same quality and how Milwaukee is for the pros. Husband went to the Fredericton store and received great service from the manager. Greated him with a hello , nice smile, and a nice firm handshake. Found what he was looking for in a very while, made his day, people should go to home Depot for excellent service and say hello to manager and staff.
