I picked up a picnic table today that I did not realize would be pre assembled (totally my bad; I had gotten an email letting me know). Brandon helped to get the tonneau cover off my truck & ratchet the picnic table to the bed with no issue! It was greatly appreciated!!

Won’t lie the store itself is good but customer service has just gone so downhill over the time. Came in to return a Cutoff tool today which I bought for a small home project at but it wasn’t performing as expected and would randomly shut off even when cutting the most standard size for the sheet metal. I ended up buying another but bigger tool but the lady at the service desk (I believe her name was Shawna) tried every trick possible so that I won’t be able to return the tool.
