Home Depot computerized appliance order system performs very poorly. On two occasions I have made in-store appliance purchases that store employees seem unable to get system to work properly. Thus, entered appliance orders seem to magically disappear or lock up / not process. Recently, the order would nit process, then disappeared from their system.
