After spending almost $10k at home depot over the last 2 years, I was disappointed to have encountered an extremely rude employee in the millwork/window area who treated me like I am an idiot who was wasting his time. I'm not going back.
I had to write this review to share my experience. I purchased a washer and dryer set from Home Depot online, and had the worst experience of my life. Several times delivered not broken or damaged, wrong delivery dates and so on until I gave up. I contacted Home Depot cooperate several times with no resolve until they got sick of hearing from me. I spoke with Becky, the manager at the Conway store and she was amazing. Becky took the time to not only make the situation right, but she truly cared about the customer. Thank god ... read more
Hey HOME DEPOT,. Love the store, great helpful staff and smart people etc… my beef is currently with the window install side., we spent over 10k for windows and sliding door… everything was great in all aspects…however, we’ve been trying to get the screen for ONE window that didn’t come with it., after almost a year and lots of phone calls with voicemails., including talking directly to northeast supervisor about getting it delivered…NOTHING. I built a house and purchased windows through North Conway HD. All windows were delivered without the required crank handles and crank covers. After being passed from one person to another for the past three weeks (still waiting for a responds)-This is no longer just a customer service issue—it is a safety issue! The windows cannot be opened without the missing cranks, making them nonfunctional.
