Very disappointing experience with the Home Depot Jacksonville, IL store. We ordered a FlexStone shower surround for a bathroom remodel. The first one arrived badly damaged, apparently from being dropped. We reordered, and the second one also arrived damaged, this time the box appeared to have been pierced by a forklift. When we discussed ordering a third one, the store manager told us she did not expect a different outcome and offered to discount the damaged surround and try to replace the damaged pieces.
