Although customer service did pick up after 15 minute phone hold, they are the only store on this side of the island that has glasses straps.
Every morning when people is most rushed to grab their stuff and go work this store in lihue just have 1 person helping on the order pick up line and you can be there for 45 min waiting to get your order, every one on the line is having a bad time and i can see there is employees doing nothing around so i don’t understand why they are not helping people to go fast with this line.. this happens every day!
The sales person (X5QFPBT) was very courteous, very fast and very efficient. As we left Home Depot, my wife and I commented on her excellent service.
Wonderful experience throughout the process of installing vinyl flooring. Customer service was extremely helpful and patient. Samples are available to take home to decide on type and color to fit your house environment. Estimator was scheduled to take measurements for final cost and approval. "Flooring Innovations" was their contractor to install a fast and accommodating undertaking.
