The female employee in the returns area is awesome. She recognizes you the moment you walk in, keeps checking in as you wait in line, and checks again as you leave the store. Stellar employee!
Management seriously lacking customer service skills. They also do not stand behind their Rigid Tools line. Buyer beware.
I had order a door. Paid for measurements the door and installation. the contractor didn’t do the measurements right. It took 30 days for the door to arrive, the contractor didn’t do the measurement right and the door did not fit. They told me they had to send someone for measurements again waited another 30 days and still nothing no one showed up. I’m very updated I paid $450 for everything or more no door yet.
