I spent 2 weeks dealing with a company in China trying to get my ice maker repaired or returned. It had a one year warranty and didn't last 3 months. They sent me 4 instruction videos in Chinese on how I can repair it. (Really? I'm a 76 year old lady that did not understand one word.) After contacting corporate Cusomer Service and spending almost 2 hours on hold, then rerouting to another agent that could not help me, I hung up and called Bulverde Home Depot.
