I purchased an interior door at this location and had to get it shortened. A gentleman by the name of William was able to assist me. When I went to purchase another door and have it cut another associate said they don’t cut it when they had done so only an hour earlier. Associate name was ashu. He called his manager Sam and he was of no help to me and said sorry but we don’t do it. How does one associate do so and another not. If a policy is clear make it consistent. Great Experience Thanks to Christopher! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Christopher at Home Depot! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and really knew his stuff. I came in feeling a bit overwhelmed, but he took the time to walk me through my options and made sure I left with everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. His customer service was top-notch and made the whole trip so much easier.
