Staff is helpful
Online information was not correct, couldn't fine the item and suddenly the multitude of employees I had seen on the way in had disappeared. Then every person I asked gave the "not my department". Eventually I was directed to the correct department where I had to wait for someone to be available as 1 staff was with a customer and the other was busy shuffling papers at the desk.
