Was able to get a full refund on two items. One package was opened
Made a reservation for rental equipment, was pretty sure I reserved what was called a mini skid steer but actually a dingo. I had called them saying I was running late and they said no problem. Arrived went through the process, go out to see the machine and ended up being the wrong one. Went back inside went through the process again and at this point I put down $500 each so I've got a holding charge of $1000.
