First off they refused to do a hold for an item ( and this is NOT based off of that issue .. but more of what followed ) I drove to get a DeWalt tamper. The first person when I asked it's location told me aisle 10. Nope . Then I approached a lady worker and asked her. She didn't even know what it was .. and passed me on to another man. That man though I said 'stamper ' and brought me to a literal stapler then I re explained myself. He looked into he computer and sent me to aisle 1... I continue to be so impressed by this HD. Every experience I’ve had has been superb! Raj, Deepak, and most recently Erica and TJ, made my shopping experience easy and convenient. It’s not easy to come across such professionalism and abundant customer service. I refuse to shop at any other HD. Kuddos to an amazing team and thank you!
Had a great shopping experience with Hani Arab. Normally I just use self checkout but I had a big purchase recently and Hani helped me out alot from finding the product and all the way to loading it up on my truck. He also helped me set up PRO extra membership which ended up being very beneficial for me.
