Horrible customer service! Joseph was standing right by the entrance, and he didn’t even greet me. When I asked him where my product was that I was looking for, he pointed me towards the aisle and didn’t even say a single word. Is this how the customer service is? Moreover, when I walked in, I asked Joseph (how’re you sir), he didn’t even reply to that either and just nodded his head. I’m very disappointed. Staff are very helpful, they have the know how on almost every home project, not to mention all the materials and tools to go with it. They have great customer service and returns are very easy. One of my favourite stores!
