Last summer we also had a bad experience with Home Depot. Still, we decided to give them another chance because we thought things happen — sometimes items arrive damaged, sometimes deliveries are delayed, and companies usually fix these issues. Place an order for plywood online, called in to have them cut it down to a certain length so it will be ready when I arrive and they staff refuse to cut it Its paid for and you are getting it ready for pickup, whats the point if I need to come in and hopefully find someone who can cut it at that time, ordered online to speed things up.
