Just had one of the best customer experiences here. Jodi, she helped us with a door. Was super knowledgeable and took the time to get us what we were after. Had to come on here to say, mad respect to her and the store for hiring someone like her.
Met a real great lady that epitomizes customer service, got her first name- Rita! Super helpful and friendly went the extra mile to assist!
Worst experience with their online ordering and customer service. Item never showed up.
Very poor installation service. The installer first refused to use the hoses that came with the washer, and couldn’t reuse the old ones either. On the second visit, he arrived late (after the 1–5 pm window) and said the drain hose was too short, so he didn’t finish the job. He connected the hoses I bought, but even did it wrong — cold water to red, hot water to blue. This is basic common sense. Very unprofessional!
