Brilliant layout and very organized and staff are very helpful and eager to assist us as customers. Easy to search for items and blessed with good friendly staff, this store is one of the best in BC
The worst Home Depot location I’ve ever dealt with. Almost every order turns into a problem and a waste of my time. Once, my order was marked as picked up before I even arrived. Staff took 30 minutes to find it. Today, they cancelled my Milwaukee backpack order even though it showed as in stock. Now I have to wait for a refund before I can buy it elsewhere. Terrible service, poor organization, and constant frustration. This store creates more problems than it solves. I’ll be shopping at the Langford location from now on.
Ordered a stackable laundry machine and the delivery process, frankly couldn't have been worse. The delivery guys had some competence, certainly, but absolutely no communication skills and no desire to be helpful in my understanding the process. The first time they delivered the machine, they left the shipping rod on, which caused the machine to make a huge racket. When they came back, they removed the rod, but made no apology for the error.
