Be sure to check your bank statements for refunds. I returned a full pallet of pavers in October (4 months) ago and still haven't received the refund. The staff made an error on the return and they now have no idea what to do. The refund will presumably be 'pending' until someone competent enough will figure out how to complete the transaction, if ever! I've never experienced anything like this.
