Trying to find someone in the store to help you is an actual chore Stood in the Milwaukee section for 25 minutes because I wanted to buy the ratchet that was on sale and could not get an associate to come open up the cabinet for me since they think we’re going to steal everything I’ll quit wasting my time and go to another store , As I have the same experience every time I’m here, They have added a screen to ask for assistance that does nothing or The employees just ignore it
