I’m just a random reading this. Looking to rent. For over 2 years people complain about waiting in long lines. There’s repeated replies that they will look into it. It really seems like an easy problem to fix. Add more staff in that department. No? How 2 years later are people saying the same thing when 2 years ago you guys were looking into it? I’ll be visiting to rent I just hope I’m not going to face long unneeded wait times
I'm calling and no one answers the phone
Associate no longer has knowledge, very unhelpful. Most important, very hard to find. Besides, store no longer carries multiplexhouces for items as they used to.
