Wonderful service from a number of different people the other day at the store. A Manager offered help and sorted out how to decide on the base boards I needed. the Lady at the paint department was very helpful and offered a lot of advice and recommendations. The guy at the carpets / flooring was very helpful and quickly explained the different options / services and gave me their card for when I was ready to book and then also a guy was very helpful in the toilet section too. I had a FANTASTIC experience at this location today. Two wonderful people assisted me in finding the correct battery for my Ryobi whipper snipper and then showed me the line I will need and how to use it. So helpful and kind and was overall an amazing experience
I have been trying to get a $314 refund from Home Depot since March 31, and months later I'm still waiting. I returned a defective Ryobi tool that I had purchased online. I was told the replacement also had to be processed online, so a store employee completed the order for me. I paid for the replacement tool, which was delivered to my home.
