I returned a blower that I bought 2 days ago. Been coming here for 20 year Norma returned it but made me feel like shit. Horrible service from Norma , your job is to return an item, receipt , box, everything is there . What is the issue ?
The employees are visibly miserable and unhappy. The tap wasn’t working at self checkout and a male employee asked the female employee what happened and she said “the tap wasn’t working” and he said “well why didn’t she say anything then?” Literally talking about me to her in front of my face. I didn’t need to say anything because the machine started beeping and she immediately attended to the issue. Misery loves company. The Home Depot company.
Used to be my favourite location to get wood cut as a small business owner since I can’t do large straight cuts on my own. Sadly my experience with Steve over the weekend left me embarrassed and not wanting to return after the rude eye rolls, “WHAT?!” statements to my dimensions, and overall feeling of being a huge inconvenience to him. Sorry that I had 4 pieces to be cut? I don’t think I should be shamed over it. It’s already intimidating being a woman in this type of field. Do better.
Second home. 2925. Still is a good place. Prices on the moon. Some stuff the prices are crazy. But still can find some offers and go to see something new.
