No one would help me find what I needed. I took one product back because it wasn't the one I needed. The lady at the service desk was snooty. She didn't ask if I needed a replacement and when I told her I wanted a different model she just sent me to the back of the store to find someone to help. We had our barbcue delivered today. When the delivery man came he put it at the side of the house on a pallet,(which we don't want). I asked him at least twice if he would help us put it on our sundeck out back. He refused and said he only delivers it to the front of the house. We paid $ 75.00 for delivery. My husband and I are both in our 70s with a torn shoulder,and we had to lug it out back,up the stairs. What happened to your great customer service ,Home Depot?
