I am SO impressed with Home Depots service. We were in the middle of switching out our hot water tank for on demand. We had to run back a few times in one night. The last time was at 8:40pm (store closes at 9pm) my bf quickly ran to Home Depot to grab just a few parts. I called the store and asked if they could possibly grab the few parts we needed so that we could get in/out as I also respect they are off at 9 and want to go home. Did not take orders. On the phone forever to place order. Pick up not ready the next day. Will not deal with company again. Cannot speak with a person. Asks for French in Alberta.
Dropped another 1500 there today so yeah I guess I had what I needed
