I attended the Fanshawe Home Depot on Sunday Feb 15. I took a 14 yr old who was looking to build a snowboard jump featuring a rail to jump onto a slide across. We were assisted by Andrew who was nothing short of brilliant. The best customer service experience ever. Andrew designed and built the jump to spec all The while engaging the the 13 yr old making him a hands on part of the experience referencing him by name multiple times.
